Extraordinary bakery serving middle eastern (primarily Lebanese) specialties, some you know like baklava, and others are lesser known treasures like Khachapuri ( hah-chah-POO-ree) and kibbeh. You're missing out if you haven't heard of them, and this place does a fantastic job. The breakfast Khachapuri with egg (the small/one egg version is enough for 1) is made to order (15 minutes) and kibbeh are fried to order. A combo of both makes an excellent breakfast. If you dine in (inside and s few sidewalk tables) they may give you a Turkish coffee or tea to complete your first class experience.

Great family owned restaurant and bakery. All the food is fresh and delicious. Authentic Middle Eastern bakery with warm friendly service. I wish I lived closer to this bakery I would be enjoying their food very often!! A 5 star bakery with great service from the owner and his wife!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Zaatar Factory And Bakery! We tried the Zafar Special wrap with cheese and a pepper paste and cheese, and wow it was good. Fresh ingredients and freshly made dough. While we waited, we were served warm, delicious tea, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. Amo, was so genuine and kind, it felt like he would have given us the whole store if he could! Everyone working there provided amazing service: friendly, attentive, and familiar, making the space feel like home. The bakery is spotless, comfortable, and inviting. We even asked about bringing our own mix for lahmajune, and Amo happily offered to cook it for us in their oven, how amazing is that? This level of hospitality and flexibility is rare, and it really makes you feel valued as a customer. Even when the place got busy, the team stayed quick, clean, and efficient, all while keeping the food delicious. It’s now officially our favorite local spot. Delicious inexpensive Middle Eastern food! Ample parking out front. Had their soujouk & cheese and zatar & cheese pastries heated. Samuel was so friendly & great. He gave me complementary tea, cucumber & sliced tomatoes & I also ended up buying some crazy delicious dessert. Quite a drive in traffic to get here but well worth it. Happy eating!
